The platform recognises communication and media as critical tools for shaping public perception, influencing behaviour, strengthening social cohesion, and advancing preventive peacebuilding.
Through media engagement and public conversations, the platform contributes to building healthier narratives, informed citizenship, and constructive engagement around social and governance issues.
Peace Zone is PEPNET’s media and public engagement platform focused on peace narratives, civic education, conflict analysis, dialogue, strategic communication, and public awareness.
The platform uses television, storytelling, interviews, digital engagement, and public conversations to strengthen awareness around peacebuilding, governance, leadership, social cohesion, and conflict prevention.

GACE Dialogue is PEPNET’s civic engagement and governance dialogue platform advancing conversations around democratic participation, governance accountability, leadership, communication, citizen engagement, public trust, and social cohesion.
The platform was developed from the understanding that sustainable peace and development require stronger relationships between citizens, institutions, policymakers, leaders, and communities.
GACE Dialogue evolved from an earlier initiative known as The Debate Arena, which created spaces for peacebuilders and young people to discuss critical social issues, controversial ideas, governance concerns, and civic questions through dialogue and reflective engagement.
Over time, the initiative expanded into a broader governance and civic engagement platform connecting citizens, institutions, policymakers, youth leaders, and community actors for constructive conversations and social accountability engagement.
